Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 44-TQFP package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 44 terminations can be found in frequency generators. To operate this time clock generator, 2.5V voltage should be applied. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, LVTTL, which is designed to be the clock source. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance.
