As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. CMOS, TTL is designed for clock generator's input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. 82MHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
