DG309BDJ-E3 Overview
Packed in 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm), the electronic component is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability is achieved by using advanced packaging method Tube. Mounted in Through Hole is this multiplexer. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. In total, there are 16 terminations. A electrical component with 1 channels is capable of high-quality output. An 15V voltage supply should allow the electrical part to be turned on and run. The electrical component body receives 16 pins. Circuits based on SPST - NC switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. Try searching with DG309 to find analog multiplexer variants. Internally, this switch multiplexer has a resistance of 85Ohm. Datasheets for 16 pin functions are available upon request. It is a typical Multiplexer or Switches analog multiplexer. A voltage higher than 44V should not normally be supplied to the switches. Dual, Single supply type digital switch with a low cost. It is recommended that the electrical component receives a voltage of 4V. It would be sufficient to run this analogue multiplexer with 1μA current. It may damage the digital multiplexer if the voltage is higher than 1μA. For this switch, a dual supply voltage is feasible, but it must not exceed 22VWith dual power supplies, you should attach at least 4V. The outputs of this digital multiplexer are SEPARATE OUTPUT in number. The electronic component can function from 22V. Among the inputs that can be operated are the 4 inputs. There is 100Ohm Drain to Source resistance on this electronic part.
