DG9422DV-T1-E3 Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. Multiplexers like this are mounted in the Surface Mount position. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have the same number of circuits 1:1. Increasing operating temperature to around -40°C~85°C TA. An electrical component of this type can be found in the 6 series. Unlike digital switches, these are based on SPST - NO switching circuits. Search with DG9422 if you are looking for analog multiplexer variants. This digital multiplexer has 3Ohm internal resistance. For functions related to 6 pins, please refer to the datasheets. Users should never supply a voltage higher than 12V to a switch device. The analog switch ic is of the Dual, Single supply type and is cost-effective. 2.7V is the lowest voltage that should be fed to the electronic electronic part. This multiplexer would work with -1μA current. A digital multiplexer may suffer damage if voltage is applied above 1μA. For this switch, a dual supply voltage is feasible, but it must not exceed 6VIt is recommended that you attach at least 2.7V to your dual power supply. Among the inputs that can be operated are the 1 inputs. The Drain to Source resistance of this electronic component is 3Ohm.
