There is an embedded version of real time clocks in the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width).The package is Tape & Reel (TR).To supply this electrical RTC, a voltage of 3V~5.5V is required.The electrical real time clock belongs to the type Clock/Calendar.This part is mounted on the systemboard in Surface Mount mode.-40°C~85°C is the operating temperature.As long as Leap Year, NVSRAM, Square Wave Output is ensured when operating, the system will work properly.The family in which RTCs belongs are DS1338.The supply voltage of this electrical digital time clock is 1.3V~3.7V.In the RTC times, there is a memory of 56B that is available for storing programs as well as data.Mounting type is Surface Mount.8 pins are attached to it.High efficiency requires a 3.3V supply voltage.Operating temperatures should be greater than -40°C.Lower than 85°C is the recommended operating temperature.Real time clocks operate with a voltage of 3V.There is a maximal supply voltage of 5.5V when real time clocks are operating.
