For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. There are 10 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. The space-saving 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 1.4MHz. Regulator 2.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.5V. DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V. The output current of 1A makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 5.5V. Due to its NOT SPECIFIED high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.3V to meet the operation requirements. There is a DC/DC regulator in this family that belongs to the EL7531 family.
