Fpga chips is supplied in the 1508-BBGA, FCBGA package. There are FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY transistors in this type of FPGA. This device features 822 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. There are 41250 logic elements/cells to form a fundamental building block.
