This package is based on a neat 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package which is used by it.Packaging for external use.Qualified to perform a variety of tasks within the -40°C~85°C environment.This device can be programmed using the In System Programmable language.A voltage of 2.7V~3.6V is applied to it in order to power it.Surface Mount is the orientation of this memory device.The size of data storage is limited to 256Mb.For other related parts, search "EPCQ256".FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 3.3V.Different types of 16 terminations are available with different functions.This memory device can be used with a maximum voltage of 3.6V.FPGA is imperative that the voltage of the device supply is at least 2.7V if the device is to work properly.FPGA is a FLASH memory chip that we are talking about here.In reflow soldering, the temperature should be controlled to a maximum of 260 degrees during the process.This memory transmit data in the SERIAL process way.In order for a memory chip to function properly, it must be subjected to a voltage of not more than 0.02mA.FPGA is a 20MHz-frequency memory IC.The use of a 3/3.3V power supply is recommended in order to achieve best results.This is one of the devices that are part of the EPCQ series.In more specific terms, it is a type of Flash Memories.
