ERT-J1VP473GM Overview
Typically, NTC thermistors are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package. I have included it in package 0603 (1608 Metric) for convenience. The resistance tolerance for NTC thermistors is ±2% to make it work. When using NTC thermistors, the temperature should be set to -40°C~150°C to ensure reliable operation. NTC thermistors are capable of reliable operation at a maximum operating temperature of 150°C. An NTC thermistor can operate reliably at temperatures as low as -40°C. In the NTC thermometers, 100mW is the maximum power setting. There is a maximum power dissipation of 100mW during the operation of NTC thermistors.
