It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. There are 6 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHING REGULATOR. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 6-UDFN Exposed Pad package to save space. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. On its output pins, this adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 6MHz. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 5.5V. With its peak reflow temperature of NOT SPECIFIED, this voltage regulator is essentially indestructible.
