FDP3651U is a 100V N-Channel PowerTrench? MOSFET. The onsemi FDP3651U can be applied in Uninterruptible Power Supply, AC-DC Merchant Power Supply, Consumer Appliances, Synchronous Rectification, and Other Data Processing applications. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -55 and 175℃. And the MOSFET FDP3651U is in the TO-220-3 package with 255w power dissipation.
