HMC744LC3 Overview
A 16-VFCQFN Exposed Pad case is used for packaging. There is a Strip packaged with it. The maximum value for normal operation is 14GHz. There are 16 terminations in it. The supply voltage of 3.3V can be used to achieve high efficiency. As you can see, it is mounted by Surface Mount. This electronic part is classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution). Setting the temperature to -40°C~85°C will ensure reliable performance. This circuit clock should be able to operate on a power supply of 3V~3.6V volts. As a result, it is placed in the way of Surface Mount. The clock buffer contains 16 pins. During operation, 16 pins are used. Basically, it belongs to the same family as the HMC744. The electronic gadget belongs to the 744 family. It's set to 3.6V for the maximum supply voltage (Vsup). Normal operation requires a voltage above 3V for the supply voltage (Vsup). As a result, the output contains 2 lines.
