It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. As part of the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. There are 8 terminations found in this file. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. There is a Clock PLL called Clock, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator.
