ICE40HX8K-CB132 Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 132-LFBGA, CSPBGA package and X package. Fpga chips consists of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY elements. 95 I/Os are available for transferring data more efficiently. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. This FPGA module can be attached to the development board with a Surface Mount. Fpga chips operates wFpga chipsh a supply voltage of 1.14V~1.26V. As part of the iCE40? HX series of FPGAs, it is a type of FPGA. In order to ensure a safe and efficient operation, it is important to maintain a temperature within -40°C~100°C TJ at all times. During the installation of this device, 95 outputs were incorporated.
