In the package, you will find a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width)-case to contain the op amp ic. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the Differential-type. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. There have been a total of 8 terminations over the past year. In this case, there are 8 pins on the board. I would like you to keep in mind that this buffer amplifier needs to be run at a voltage of 15V. This particular linear amplifier is a type of Operational Amplifier device, to be precise.
