With VGS=100V, the drain-source breakdown voltage is 100V.Input capacitance must be charged before drain current conduction can begin, so the turn-off delay time is 55 ns.There is no pulsed drain current maximum for this device based on its rated peak drain current 560A.Before drain current conduction begins, the device's input capacitance must be charged, so the delay time is 20 ns.Generally, the gate-source voltage (VGS) of a FET transistor is the voltage across its gate-source terminal, which is 20V.Electrical devices have threshold voltages at which their operations become active, and this transistor has a threshold voltage of 4V.Its overall power consumption can be reduced by using drive voltage (10V).
