For greater flexibility, its QFN package is used.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.There are 16 terminations to form the base of its configuration.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is mounted.In the device, there are 16 pins.HALF BRIDGE BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER is employed as its interface IC.In the maximum case, the output current can be 2.3A volts.Components with 16 pins are available.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -40°C.During operation, the supply voltage of 20V is its maximum value.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 10V.In this case, the current output is 2.3A.
