ISL55142IVZ Overview
To facilitate transportation, it comes packaged in TSSOP .This comparator is of the 3-STATE output type.The device is designed with 20 terminations.The component belongs to the Comparator family of electrical components.This comparator is capable of handling a wide range of tasks if it is supplied with a voltage of 12V .20 pins are available on the comparator.A quiescent current of 12.5mA is observed in this comparator.This component has a Surface Mount mount for mounting to PCBs or other boards.The device can be powered by 10/18V power supplies.There is a maximum current that can be input into the device of 25nA .Comparator electronics is not recommended to operate at a temperature higher than 85°C .Comparator electronics will not be able to function at temperatures below -40°C .2 channels cooperate together to maintain the output quality.There is essentially a very high gain COMPARATOR amplifier in the comparator.
