ISL6224CAZ-T Overview
With a 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. DC control operates at 4.75V~5.25V volts and has 4.75V~5.25V supply voltage. Worked in an dc switcher with a -10°C~85°C TA rating. This switching controller can switch at 300kHz 600kHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position.
