ISL68200IRZ-TK Overview
It comes in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4.5V~24V volts and has 4.5V~24V supply voltage. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller can be switched at 300kHz~1.5MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control, Power Good. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at QUAD . A variety of dc switching's functions can be performed on 24 terminations. This dc dc converter ic uses a variety of control techniques, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input of 12V. 4.75V should be the minimum input voltage for the dc dc voltage regulator. To better satisfy the need, DC to DC voltage regulator has a value of VOUT=(0.5-5.5 VOLT);PFM TECHNIQUE ALSO USED. It belongs to the dc to dc voltage regulator series Rapid Robust Ripple Regulator? (R4).
