The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 64-LQFP package embeds this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 64 terminations found in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator.
