ISPPAC-CLK5520V-01TN100C Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Embedded in the 100-LQFP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. In it, there are 100 terminations to be found. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. In this clock generator, HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL is used as the input to the clock. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 320MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V to operate this time clock generator. The clock PLL is generally classified as a Clock Drivers device. This clock generator is a member of ispClock? series. At maximum 0.05 ns, this analog clock generator has low timing skew.
