Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 100-LQFP package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 100 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. 320MHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
