ISPPAC-CLK5620V-01TN100C Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 100-LQFP package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 100 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
