LM1117IMPX-ADJ Overview


A Tape and Reel case is used to deliver the Voltage Regulated IC. There is a SOT-223 case with the integrated voltage regulator. The PMIC chip has 4 terminations. Adjustable is the Voltage Regulator Chip's output type. At present, it can produce an output of up to 800mA. There are 3 pins in total on this board. As a result of this IC voltage regulator's 1 outputs, it ensures prompt, adequate performance for all your applications. A dropout voltage of 10 volts is what makes it a dropout voltage. Chips have 4 pins. The component shown here is a typical Other Regulators component. In order to meet the operation requirements, its maximal output current reaches 800mA. It operates in the 5mA Quiescent Current state. If the temperature is below 125°C, it is recommended that you utilize this feature. At the very least, the voltage regulator IC works with a -40°C operating temperature. Generally, this voltage regulator IC can output 13.8V volts on a system level. There is a specification for the voltage reference characteristic of the IC voltage regulator to be within 1.262V volts.
