It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 5 terminations. There is a 5-WFBGA, DSBGA package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Fixed outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 2MHz. 5.5V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage. A regulator voltage's peak reflow temperature amounts to 260 being indestructible. Voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3.6V to meet the operation requirements.
