Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 10-WDFN Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.This configuration includes 2 drivers.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 3.5V~14V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed -40°C~125°C TJ.Input type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used.Its configuration is based on a total of 10 terminations.Mosfet driver is possible to find various related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number LM5110.The device is mounted using Surface Mount.At the time of design, it is configured with 10 pins.The device is specifically designed to function with a supply voltage of 12V V.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 5A.10 pins are present on the component.5A is the maximum output current supported by the device.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that you keep the supply current at 2mA in order to achieve greater stabilMosfet gate driversy.When this part is unaffected by external factors, its quiescent current at 1mA should be considered.
