This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 10 terminations. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~150°C TJ. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches Up to 600kHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 150mA. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 65V. An input voltage of 12V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation.
