There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. There are a total of 1 channels on this supervisor, and they are arranged in a series. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. The supervisor is always powered by a 3V volt supply. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. Power management has a total of 3 pins. This power management system has 3 pins. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1V for this PMIC. This IC power should be powered by no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. As far as the supply current of the power management is concerned, it is 15μA.
