This power management consists of 8 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. There are 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. As with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. Power ics operate at 2 supply voltages. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. In total, IC powers are 8 pins on the board. There are 8 pins on the power managment ic. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 1.5V volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 6V volts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TJ degrees. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. The power management's supply current is 800μA. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using LMC6953, the base power ics number. There is a requirement for 5V power to power this power management.
