LMK04808BISQE/NOPB Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). As part of the 64-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 64 terminations found in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 1.536GHz is available. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3.15V~3.45V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
