This voltage supervisor has a total of 5 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. The supervisor is always powered by a 1.5V volt supply. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted.
