It is packaged in an 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width)-case that protects the operational amplifiers from damage. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the General Purpose-type. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 10.
