LMX1602TMX/NOPB Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V. In this clock generator, CMOS, TTL is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. An up to 1.1GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel.
