A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 16 terminations were made. There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR type. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable (Fixed) outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. DC-DC switching regulators reach 25kHz switching frequencies. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 3.5V -Vin 2Vin. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 7V. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the LT1054 family of products. Voltage can be produced at -5V volts by voltage regulator. During switching regulator operation, 16 pins are used. Ideally this switch regulator should have an output voltage of about -4.7V at the very least. The maximum output current reaches 100mA A to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. The maximum output voltage of 26.4V makes DC DC switching regulator easy to operate. A maximum voltage of -5.2V can be obtained from the regulator voltage. Without external influences, harley voltage regulator consumes 2.5mAA of quiescent current. 3.5V V supply voltage ensures reliable performance of adjusting voltage regulator. A maximum supply voltage of 15V is required for adjusting voltage regulator to operate.
