There are 8 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. Please refer to power management for 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 250. Manage ics operate at 2.5V supply voltages. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. In total, the power management has 8 pins in it. 8 pins make up the power management. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1.5V for this PMIC. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating.
