Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. A voltage regulator consists of 20 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Space-saving 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. In this case, DC DC switching regulator has 1 outputs configured to it. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 1MHz. Regulator 2.25V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.25V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.8V volts.
