The switching controller fits in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package and is ideal for most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. A 4V~8.1V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~125°C TJ rating. The switching controller can be switched at 200kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable for efficient switching control.
