LTC6946IUFD-4#PBF Overview
QFN contains this Clock PLL. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 6.39GHz. A 28 pin is available on the clock PLL. The operating temperature should be higher than -40°C. It is possible for the clock generator ic to work at 105°C with a reduced performance. It is unacceptable to supply this clock PLL with a voltage higher than 3.45V. The lowest limit of supply voltage for this RF synthesizer is 3.15V. Frequency generator is able to reali6.39GHze high efficiency when operating at a frequency of 6.39GHz.
