Op amp is packaged in 6-WDFN Exposed Pad case. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Tape & Reel (TR) case. As a reminder, this buffer op amp should be powered by 5V battery and that the battery should be inserted in the amplifier. The buffer op amp includes 6 pins.
