As you can see, this power management is mounted through 6 terminals. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. Please refer to power management for SOT-23-6 functions. As with other Watchdog Circuit products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 245. IC management conducts at a voltage of 3V. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. 6 pins are present in total in this power management. There are 6 pins on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 1.2V for this IC power. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 27μA is the recommended value.
