Power management is mounted through 3 terminals. Packaged in the form of a Strip, power management is easy to use. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SC-70, SOT-323 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of 260. There is a voltage supply of 3V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. In total, IC powers are 3 pins on the board. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 1.2V. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~85°C TA . During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. For this power management, there is an 500nA volt supply current.
