Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 245 for the package during reflow. A supply voltage of 3V is used to conduct the PMIC chip. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The mount is attached to Surface Mount. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. There are a total of 3 pins on power management. There are 3 pins on the supervisor. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1V. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. The supervisor's supply current is specified to 1μA.
