This voltage supervisor has a total of 6 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. As a reference, this IC power includes 6-WDFN Exposed Pad functions for your convenience. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Regulator/Supervisor products. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. A supply voltage of 14V is used to conduct the PMIC chip.
