A total of 6 terminals are used to mount this power management. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. A series of 2 channels can be found on this supervisor. IC management is packaged as a SOT-23-6 package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. The supervisor is always powered by a 3.6V volt supply. When a supply voltage of 2 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The total number of pins on this power management is 6. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
