For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tube package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 8 terminations were made. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHING REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 170kHz. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4V as an input voltage. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 1.22V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 450mA output current of voltage regulator. This voltage regulator's peak reflow temperature is so high as to make it virtually indestructible.
