There are 16 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. A Tube package is used to package the power management. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. In a 5V supply voltage, the power management conducts. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management.
