MAX794CPE+ Overview
There are 16 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in a Tube-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. There are 2 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) functions. It is a IC power that shares many benefits with other products from the Battery Backup Circuit line. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of 260 is specified for the package. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 3.3V. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. The mount is attached to Through Hole. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. In total, it has 16 pins on IC management. Power managment ic pin count is 16. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least 1V for this power management. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 5.5V volts. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Through Hole type of mounting. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: 0°C~70°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain, Push-Pull. There is a supply current of 62μA for the power management. The voltage supervisor requires a power source of 3/5V volts in order to work correctly.
