MAX809REUR+T10 Overview
This power management consists of 3 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. As a reference, this IC power includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your convenience. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. As specified in the package specification, the peak reflow temperature of the package is set at 260. IC management conducts in a 3V-voltage supply. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount mounts IC management. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 3. 3 pins are on the supervisor. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than 1.2V. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 5.5V volts in this IC power. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~105°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 17μA is the recommended value. You can always use MAX809, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. This power management requires 3V power to work.
