It is packaged in an 8-WDFN Exposed Pad-case that protects the operational amplifiers from damage. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the General Purpose-type. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. It is estimated that there will be at least 8 terminations this year. In this case, there are 8 pins on the board. The linear amplifier should be run at 15V at all times, so please keep that in mind when using it.
