MC100E310FN Overview
There is a case available for the cut smart buffer in 28-LCC (J-Lead). There is a Tube package attached to it. For normal operation, 900MHz is the maximum value. There are 28 terminations in it. It is possible to achieve high efficiency with a 5V supply voltage. If this is the case, it will be mounted as Surface Mount. A classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Multiplexer is assigned to this electronic part. It is recommended to set the temperature to -40°C~85°C so the system can perform reliably. 4.2V~5.7V V power should work with it. It has a number of pins of 28. As a result, the output is ECL, PECL.
